The Unsung Heroes of the Changhua Plain: A Brief Introduction -

Chang Feng-yu (1947-)

Both an inventor and an entrepreneur with several patents, Chang sold his products, including chamfering machines for engines and cylinder boring machines, to more than ten countries. But he is also a keen activist with many pro-democracy magazines on his bookshelves. He spared no expense in attending the protests, even to the extent of buying a camera and video recording equipment just to prevent the police from destroying evidence. “I will go wherever the protest is needed!” he said.
